No two jobs are alike. That’s why I don’t charge “per room”. One client may need a complete overhaul while another might need help rearranging furniture.
Here are a few services that I provide at a rate of $50 per hour.
Determining your style:
Are you traditional, transitional, modern, eclectic? Let’s uncover the style(s) that you really love and translate it into your space.
Shopping:
Looking for new resources besides Target? (I’m not knocking it … it’s one of my favorites) We can shop together or I can provide online resources that you may have never heard about.
Restyling with what you own:
This is my expertise! I love shopping in your retail store to create new looks and really bring a space together. If needed, we can make a homework list: projects to complete, shop for missing pieces, etc.
Color consultations:
This is another BIGGIE! How many times have you chosen a color because it looked pretty on a tiny paint chip under fluorescent lighting? We can explore many color options, try out samples and create a cohesive color palate that you will love to live in.
Setting priorities:
Do you lack decorating focus? I’ll help you focus in on one space at a time to ensure that each space is finished (or has a plan) before moving onto the next. We can make budgets, to-do lists, and timelines. You will feel so much better with a defined plan!
Not sure how long a given project will take. I’ll be happy to give you an estimate at our first meeting or a formal quote for a larger scale project. We can work an hour at a time or in chunks of time. Or, you can say, “Jen, my budget allows for 4 hrs. of your time.” PERFECT! That’s how I roll too!!
